Secure IT Service Management, Inc. (SecureITSM), a subsidiary of Paragone Solutions, Inc., is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive to follow up on leads and close sales in the Managed IT and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) marketplace. This position is available as either a full-time or part-time role.

Pitch Content: The US Department of Defense has mandated that approximately 50,000 small businesses must obtain an overwhelming cybersecurity certification in the next four years (i.e., by Nov 2029). SecureITSM has a unique value proposition aided by our proprietary audit application and easy to replicate documentation and technology solutions. This gives us a true cost advantage over most of our competitors. SecureITSM has a strong lead development program incorporating outsourced telemarketing, a website with strong SEO, email and LinkedIn outreach, and a soon to be released social media "educational" campaign. All of this is backed by professional marketing, multimedia and SEO technical writers.

The Senior Sales Account Executive owns the full sales cycle from lead follow-up through close for SecureITSM's Managed IT and CMMC-related services. This role engages decision-makers in the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), conducts discovery, aligns solutions to compliance and operational risks, and consistently advances opportunities through a structured pipeline.
A meaningful portion of the day (approximately 20–30 percent) will be dedicated to outbound calling and follow-up outreach to convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities.
