- The Solutions Engineer will engage directly with customers to accelerate their onboarding process and help them gain value from the Paragon platform.
- This role involves extensive collaboration with the Support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- The candidate will partner with customers to develop workflows and ensure optimal implementation of the Paragon platform.
- Participation in strategic planning sessions with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams is expected to ensure successful customer implementations and renewals.
- The role includes driving initiatives aimed at improving customer adoption and product usability, as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation and training resources.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Technical Solutions or Support role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical skills are essential, particularly with 2+ years of coding experience, ideally in JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
