About the Role

To form part of the Data and BI Team, reporting to the Head of BI, the role of a Data Engineer is to carry out designated tasks, projects, and operations, related to the data estate, following the guidance of the Lead Data Engineer.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, Build & Enhance both the new and existing data architectures
• Contribute to technical data architecture discussions with the team
• Contribute to R&D tasks within the team when required
• Assist in stakeholder meetings and requirements gathering
• Assist in the daily data operations and maintenance tasks
• Monitor the data loading process chain for the Data Estate
• Perform adhoc data analysis to support business needs
• Support the tracking team and their platforms, including in its operations

Requirements:

• Graduated with an IT Degree or a Relevant Degree in the Area.
• Must have at least 1 years' working experience as a Data Engineer in the i-gaming business
• Must have working experience with experience in Python or Java or C in an enterprise environment
• Must have working experience in designing, building and maintaining data integration systems and distributed ETL processes in a cloud environment at an enterprise level
• Must have working experience in SQL, and working with relational databases and complex queries
• Must have working experience in the i-gaming industry
• Ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced agile environment
• Must be a good team player
• Highly motivated with good analytical skills
• Must have very good Communication Skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
