In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Vino Volo team while assisting with cash handling and bookkeeping operations. You'll help ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established procedures, all while delivering excellent customer service to both internal teams and external partners. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, allowing for variability in both hours and days worked.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or GED required. • Minimum 1-year of Food and Beverage or Retail bookkeeping and/or sales audit experience preferred. • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment. • Ability to work in a high energy and demanding environment. • Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods and able to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with customers and peers. • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including holidays and weekends. • Excellent customer service skills and an effective communication. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously. • Able to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations. • Proficiency required in reading, writing, mathematics, and cash reporting. • Able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distances. • Standing for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.
Must be available to work one Tuesday per month.
