✨ About The Role
- The Senior Manager of GTM Product Strategy & Operations will work with key stakeholders across the company to develop and support the rollout of Papa’s go-to-market product strategy and “Program” offerings
- Responsibilities include conducting market and competitive intelligence, developing the GTM product strategy and Program offerings, and commercializing the strategy and Program offerings
- The role involves working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance, to activate each element of the strategy
- The Senior Manager will provide recurring updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders, establish and manage partnerships with relevant vendors, and socialize the strategy at company-wide forums
- The ideal candidate will have experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or product strategy, with a strong preference for healthcare experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
⚡ Requirements
- 4-8+ years of experience in a mix of strategy consulting, business operations, product strategy, and/or other strategy or operations roles; an MBA is a plus
- Strong preference for someone with healthcare experience, especially within Medicare, Medicaid, and/or health plan space
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to distill complex information into actionable insights
- Analytical thinker with the ability to build strong financial models and analyze business cases
- Executive presence to confidently interact with clients and partners
