Sales Executive

Crowne Plaza Antwerpen is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team. We are seeking someone who can develop effective sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and strengthen our market position. As a Sales Executive at Crowne Plaza Antwerpen, you will be the face of our hotel for both new and existing customers. Your mission? To build strong relationships, discover new opportunities, and ensure that our hotel is top-of-mind for meetings, events, and stays in Antwerpen. If you are motivated by targets, enjoy meeting people, and love creating win-win solutions, this is the perfect role for you.

What you will do:

  • Find new business opportunities and maintain our existing customer relationships.
  • Meet customers, show them around the hotel, and demonstrate what we have to offer.
  • Support the Groups & Events team to convert leads into bookings.
  • Prepare smart proposals and negotiate deals that work for both the client and the hotel.
  • Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing team to maximize results.
  • Represent the hotel at fairs, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Update the CRM system with your activities and regularly share updates with the team.
  • Keep an eye on the market and competitors to stay ahead.
  • Help organize creative events to bring our hotel to the attention of potential clients.

What we are looking for:

  • A background in hospitality or sales (experience in hotels is a plus).
  • Someone who is confident, extroverted, and enjoys building relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset – you enjoy achieving (and exceeding) your goals.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a nice extra.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and sales/CRM systems.

  • Working hours and professional environment: occasionally working on weekends (as Manager on Duty) and evenings for specific events, with occasional travel requirements.
