Your Role

You will use your talents in mobile development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client projects and build or be part of a high performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation

Your Responsibilities

• Lead cross mobile platform (Flutter) and Frontend(React, Angular, Vue etc...) application development.
• Be involved in Server-side development(NodeJS, Java, PHP, etc...) for both native mobile and web clients.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement new frontend and mobile features and enhancements, collaborating with designers and product owners to translate creative visions into functional code.
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and memory usage.
• Understands mobile app architecture and design patterns.
• Familiar with managing deployment and release on App Store.
• Experience in implementing engaging UI and complex animations.
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies.
• UI test automation.

Who You Are

• Brings along strong expertise in cross mobile platform development using Flutter
• Experience in full stack and frontend web development.
• Knowledgeable in API interactions.
• Experience in realising creative visions in code.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong team player.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior).

Knowledge and experience in the following would be a plus for this role

• Cloud platforms(Azure, AWS, GCP etc...)
• Android development(Kotlin and JetPack)
• IOS developement(Swift and SwiftUI)
• Hybrid mobile Development (React Native, KMP etc...)
• CMS (Stripe, Directus, Drupal etc...)
• Microservice Architectures (BFFs, Circuit Breaker, Gateway, Saga etc...)
