As a key member of our Talent & Tech Ops team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our HR & Recruiting function. Specializing in Workday Recruit, you will act as a proactive, detail-oriented project manager driving our recruiting technology strategy. This role is dedicated to providing the tools, systems, and processes that empower our talent acquisition professionals to find and hire the world's best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Management & Optimization: Serve as the Tech Ops primary owner for recruiting tech, including Workday Recruit, HiredScore, and Paradox. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system administration, including configuration, user permissions, and maintaining data integrity. You will partner closely with our Tech Ops Capability Center team in India, who handles Tier 1 support, and may provide support to enabling business processes such as position management or supervisory org management.
- Project & Implementation Leadership: Lead large-scale technology projects in close partnership with PT. You will guide projects through the full lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, ensuring projects successfully meet business requirements.
- Training and Content Partnership: Partner closely with the Talent Enablement team by serving as the system and technical subject matter expert. You will provide technical content for training, documentation, and hosted Q&A sessions.
- Technical Subject Matter Expert: Act as the main point of contact for technical questions, support, and ensuring the resolution of complex issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Manage a support and feature request system to address user questions, identify new requirements, and gather feedback. You will communicate system changes, updates, fixes, enhancements and best practices to all impacted users.
- Data & Reporting: Partner with HR, PT, and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless data integrations and accurate reporting. You will leverage your deep knowledge of Workday's reporting functions to create dashboards and reports providing leaders key recruiting metrics and trends.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a recruiting operations, HRIS, or talent acquisition role with a focus on system administration.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting, including its configuration, business processes, and reporting capabilities.
- Proven experience playing a key role in system implementation projects, including data migration, process design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to independently troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions with minimal guidance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with HiredScore and/or Paradox.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid experience with data analysis, identifying trends and using insights to drive system and process improvements.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) is expected to be between $118,400 - $191,400/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
