Staff DevOps Engineer (NetSec)

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ownership-driven Staff Engineer. You will join a team that is transforming the way Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering Platforms are built and enhancing Engineering Productivity.

Your impact will include:

• Managing and improving the reliability, performance, and scalability of production and pre-production systems.
• Automating operational processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implementing and monitoring SLIs/SLOs/SLAs to measure and improve service reliability.
• Building and maintaining observability systems—metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Participating in on-call rotation and incident response; driving post-incident reviews and RCA.
• Collaborating with developers to design systems with resilience and failure-tolerance in mind.
• Contributing to continuous improvement in deployment, configuration, and release management.
• Optimizing cost and resource utilization across environments.

Your experience should include:

• 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• A deep understanding of Engineering Productivity tools and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems (Ansible or equivalent), infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm), and secrets management.
• Experience working in any one public cloud with a good understanding of Cloud Technologies, Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Development experience preferably in Python or Go.
• API Development with web frameworks (like FastAPI).
• Experience with build and test frameworks.
• Significant SRE experience.

Preferred:

• Prior experience building CI/CD using Gitlab, Vault, Artifactory, Spinnaker etc.
• Fullstack experience (React or equivalent).
• Knowledge on ML/AI, MLOps etc.
• AWS and GCP experience.
