Your Career
We're looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing manager to design, build and execute our marketing plan for the Nordics & Benelux Region. Reporting into the Senior Director, EMEA North Marketing, you will partner with, and influence, the Regional Sales Directors to build data-driven plans supporting Platformization and regional sales strategies to drive exponential growth in this market segment. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning and influencing at senior leadership levels, field and program marketing experience - and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Your Impact
- Design, build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize the marketing plan for the Nordics & Benelux Region
- Become the 'go-to' person for marketing in the Nordics & Benelux, and act as the advocate/evangelist for our marketing strategy. Partner and develop a trusted peer relationship with the Regional Sales Directors, EMEAL Marketing Leadership and cross-functional leaders on the overall strategy and expected marketing results. Build face-to-face relationships with these stakeholders on a regular basis
- Demonstrate ability to build relationships with Nordics & Benelux customers and thought-leadership bodies, and use this input to enhance marketing outcomes
- Able to communicate with gravitas and comfortable in customer-facing scenarios
- Work closely with EMEA North marketing leader to build a strategic investment plan to adequately support needs across direct activity, partners and other routes-to-market
- Directly build, execute and own a broad range of critical components of your marketing plan focused on top accounts and target segments, using the full marketing mix
- Deliver results that support pipeline creation across the full portfolio
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's Nordics & Benelux business including sales history, account contact coverage analysis, and thought-leadership opportunities
- Use data and strategic account insight to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics, as well as drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales
Qualifications
Your Experience
- At least 8-years best-in-class marketing and/or program management experience within a Cybersecurity, high tech or fast-paced B2B, marketing environment, preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
- A strong influencer, builder and collaborator, comfortable with senior stakeholder management, able to communicate with confidence and gravitas
- "Do whatever it takes" attitude. A unique and proven ability to develop strategy and execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
- Excellent project management skills, with a high sense of urgency, as well as exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to influence across the organization - advocate for needs of stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and/or running C-level executive programs
- Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, see effort as a path to mastery, learn from feedback and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others
