Professional Services Program Manager

The Professional Services Program Manager will lead services programs and projects as part of the delivery cycle, including handling all deployment resources and ensuring that all deliverables are met and delivered on-time and under budget. The Program Manager will drive customer deployment programs and projects including program, process initiatives, as well as partner with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.

Key responsibilities include determining project partners and team structure, helping ensure the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables, developing project timelines, building and executing project work plans, identifying resources, running day-to-day operational aspects, working on services operational projects, reviewing deliverables, applying project management methodology, minimizing exposure and risk, ensuring project documents are complete, tracking team hours and expenses, providing executive dashboards, and mentoring project managers and coordinators.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience, 8+ years of related work experience or leading complex projects, analyzing project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization, strong proficiency with project management software, good presentation skills, good organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility to shifting priorities, experience managing large scale deployments, PMP certification, and experience with Google's G Suite.
