District Sales Manager - SLED

As a District Sales Manager - SLED, you will lead a team of field sellers and help formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth. You will develop and manage your team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas.

We are looking for a proven first-line sales leader with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and revenue growth for our sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customers' needs by researching their priorities
  • Supporting your team by participating in and leading prospect meetings
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive closure
  • Engaging in territory planning and development to drive revenue
  • Leading a high-performance sales culture
  • Having in-depth technical knowledge of our portfolio
  • Driving and overseeing team selling opportunities
  • Holding team and self accountable to achieve goals
  • Communicating with leaders at all levels
  • Successfully influencing others through change management
  • Developing a winning team

Qualifications include:

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures in networking and/or security
  • Experience with channel and partner sales models
  • Proven SLED leader with high-performing teams
  • Track record of successful sales pipeline management
  • Highly driven individual with a strong sense of urgency
  • Consistently delivering revenue numbers and goals
  • Managing significant client escalations and issues
  • Excellent at influencing others
  • Strong team player with excellent rapport and collaboration

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. The starting base salary is expected to be between $322,000/YR - $443,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
