You will develop and execute strategic territory plans targeting the adoption of the Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Security Platform, achieving and exceeding sales targets. Your Impact
Acquire fundamental cybersecurity knowledge through our on-boarding training program and build a fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, tools, and network technologies.
Develop new commercial accounts.
Work with partners to develop sales and pipeline generation campaigns for the mid-market.
Develop advanced sales plans that lead to accurate sales forecasts.
Build a fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, tools, and network technologies.
Leverage channel sales opportunities to generate leads that will ensure a stable revenue base and accurate forecasts.
Plan and implement end-user marketing activities through channel partners.
Develop and expand territory through a systematic demand generation approach.
Develop value propositions that meet customer and partner needs.
Mobilize internal resources, including inside sales, channel SEs, field marketing, cybersecurity sales specialists, service teams, and sales operations (including deal desks and response teams), to achieve sales targets.
Keep abreast of industry news and trends and their impact on our products and services.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the technology field (2-3+ years)
Experience collaborating with channel partners and understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market model (Nice to have)
Self-motivated and self-directed, with a commitment to clear sales goals
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills both internally and externally
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Highly competitive, quick-start, flexible, and driven to exceed targets
Understanding the end-to-end sales process
Interest in technology and cloud security
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Nice to have)
