We're proudly remote-first, hiring in Europe (GB, ES, DE, IE, DK, NL). To nurture our team spirit, we meet three times a year in exciting European locations for focused co-working weeks and meaningful team-building experiences.

About The Role

Do you live and breathe social media? Are you the type who spots a trend early, knows why it works, and can turn that insight into scroll-stopping campaigns? From Instagram and TikTok to Reddit, blogs, and niche communities, you thrive on exploring what captures attention and sparks engagement.

At Paired, we're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to turn that curiosity into performance-driven ad creatives. You'll research competitors, analyse trends, and translate insights into ad briefs that resonate with our core target audience across different channels. Working alongside our Performance and Design teams, you'll craft high-quality campaigns that drive user acquisition on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Conduct research across social media, Reddit, blogs, Quora, and other platforms to uncover emerging trends, new hooks and audience triggers
  • Turn these insights into attention grabbing creative briefs for motion, UGC and static
  • Write ad copy and hooks using engaging buzzwords that resonate with our target audience
  • Collaborate with designers to bring your creative concepts to life
  • Analyse creative test results to refine strategies and document findings, supporting a test-and-learn approach
  • Collaborate with content, user research and marketing teams to leverage product and customer insights in our creative strategy across regions and channels
