✨ About The Role
- Define Pair Team's value-based care strategy and implement programs to improve clinical outcomes and lower costs of care
- Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to deepen relationships with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations
- Develop and execute novel value-based care models in Medicaid, taking programs from concept to scale
- Incorporate feedback and data to iterate and improve health programs for Pair Team's patients
- Collaborate with various teams to discover and execute new value-based care opportunities

- Experienced strategic thinker and operations leader with a hands-on approach, able to drive results and impact at scale
- Strong project and product management skills with a track record of launching health programs
- Passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal barriers to decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive innovative value-based care models
- Ownership mindset with a focus on mission, business, and customer experience
