- The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Executives converting traditional property owners and real estate investors into PadSplit hosts
- Responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting clear objectives and strategies to achieve sales targets, and holding the team accountable for outcomes
- Develop training programs and resources to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively pitch the platform and close deals
- Track sales metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and continuously seek ways to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales function

- Experienced sales leader with a track record of successfully managing high-performance sales teams, preferably within the real estate industry
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
