✨ About The Role
- Responsible for overseeing and routing maintenance resources, eviction management, room turn, inspection, and quality control resources for a portfolio of over 350 homes
- Ensure property management activities are properly documented and submitted for billing complete and timely
- Manage relationships with key business partners, internal and external stakeholders, and other operational affiliations professionally and courteously
- Maintain safety and compliance standards to ensure managed houses are up to PadSplit and Two Keys brand standards
- Control operational aspects in all areas of responsibility, including performance and effectiveness, by monitoring relevant KPI and Metrics performance
⚡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in property management and related roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry
- Ability to identify and promptly solve problems independently, showcasing strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in managing labor to productivity standards, ensuring operational effectiveness
- Familiarity with best-in-class property management concepts, practices, and procedures, with Six Sigma/lean experience being a plus
