✨ About The Role

- Responsible for qualifying new prospects from inbound and outbound leads, achieving monthly goals, and delivering tailored value pitches to potential clients - Conduct monthly presentations to local real estate investor groups and serve as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle - Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback for product development - Maintain detailed pipeline management in SalesForce.com and support member demand efforts to maximize occupancy in assigned markets - Work closely with the GM team to launch and run initiatives that impact hosts and members, contributing to the company's mission of solving the affordable housing crisis

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced in consultative, B2B inside sales roles with at least 3 years of relevant experience - Proficient in outbound prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling - Skilled in CRM management, specifically with platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot - Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients - Strong oral communication skills, especially in video calls, and a genuine interest in real estate and housing
