We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a in-person position (5 days a week) in our office in San Francisco.
Provide day-to-day support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, strategically coordinating schedules and prioritizing commitments.
Assist with inbox management, triaging communications and drafting responses.
Proactively track and follow up on the CEO's tasks and commitments to ensure completion.
Oversee office operations, including vendor relationships, workspace optimization, documents and filing, basic financial operations and billing, and cross-team communication.
Plan team off-sites and activities.
Provide light personal support, such as booking appointments, coordinating personal travel, handling paperwork, and managing occasional personal errands such as car maintenance, dropping off packages.
3+ years of experience being an EA, ideally to a C-level role
An attitude of no-work is too small, too hard, or outside my scope
Attention to detail, highly organized systems-oriented thinker, likes to problem solve and think ahead and around corners; thinks: "how do we make this better?"
A sense of humor
Confidence to manage up and drive priorities forward independently.
Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft polished, professional emails and documents.
