About The Role: The Sales Director will be responsible for driving new business, growing existing accounts, and being an excellent partner both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, presenting Pacvue's value story tailored to client goals and challenges, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract to consistently achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of B2B and/or SaaS sales experience. Experience with sales CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Hubspot, Outreach.io or like programs. Excel at working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets. Experience with eCommerce and retail media preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. Experience selling SaaS or online media. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication.

The annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) range for this position is $240-$290k+. The actual OTE will vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This role includes a base salary and performance-based variable compensation, with full details to be shared during the recruitment process.
