Aufgaben

  • Zielkunden identifizieren: You analyze markets and define the right contacts.
  • Kontakte aufbauen: You speak directly to decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, or email and generate genuine interest.
  • Pipeline füllen: You generate qualified leads and ensure a steadily growing opportunity pipeline.
  • Outbound-Strategien optimieren: You test new approaches, develop creative campaigns, and continuously improve our outreach playbooks.
  • Ergebnisse messen: You track your activities in HubSpot, learn data-driven, and continuously improve yourself.

Qualifikation

  • Fresh out of school, with 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a similar role—ideally in the B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong in communication: You enjoy approaching people and can inspire them.
  • Very positive, hungry, and structured—you want to win and get better.
  • Eloquence at the decision-maker level—in German (C1+) and good English.
  • Routine with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable systems is a plus.
