Circleville Post Acute is looking for an energetic and motivated Admissions/Marketing Director to help grow our facility while creating a welcoming experience for residents and families.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and manage the admissions process from referral to move-in
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners
• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
• Promote the facility through community outreach and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth admissions and transitions
• Track referral activity and maintain communication with referral sources
• Represent Circleville Post Acute with professionalism, compassion, and positivity

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Experience in healthcare admissions, marketing, or long-term care preferred
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Positive attitude with a passion for customer service and teamwork

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually with additional bonus plan
