2026 Summer Internship: Human Resources

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR Company, has an opening for a Human Resources Intern to add to our Human Resources team at our Division offices located in Denton, Texas.

Job Responsibilities

This position will be working on various projects and reports to include but not limited to:

• Support the planning and leadership of engagement activities and initiatives for the 2026 Internship Program.
• Analyze research studies and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for business enhancements.
• Assist in the analysis of employee survey results and develop actionable recommendations.
• Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes.
• Research and recommend innovative Recruiting Marketing strategies to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate with fellow HR Intern(s) on a joint project to drive impactful outcomes.
• Conduct audits of HRIS data.

Required Qualifications

The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business, or a related undergraduate or graduate program.
