Technical Support Engineer For The Forsta Plus Product Suite

We are looking for a well-organized, collaborative and tech-savvy individual to join our global Technical Support team as Technical Support Engineer for the Forsta Plus Product Suite.

The Technical Support Engineer provides guidance to our clients and internal teams. You will become a Forsta Plus specialist and work closely with members of Technical Support, Project Management, Account Management, Customer Success, and Cloud Operations as well as Engineering to leverage the Forsta Plus platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Product Support: Respond to a wide range of product-related and technical questions regarding the use and operation of our products
  • Troubleshoot complex client issues involving reporting solutions and data workflows
  • Communicate with clients electronically to troubleshoot issues and clarify requirements
  • Manage client expectations
  • Provide guidance to internal departments

  • Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
  • Proven analytical skills; you enjoy "figuring out" things out
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear manner
  • Strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology and ability to leverage technology effectively
  • Experience in programming and a sound understanding of how web-based solutions are built

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar Technical degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar environment (e.g. Software Application support) with comparable responsibilities is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
