The Staff Data Engineer will lead our Unified Data Platform backend enablement for Patient Experience using Azure and On Premises SQL Server extracting data from our source systems.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Technology degree or related field and 4 years' experience as Staff Data Engineer, BI Developer or a similar occupation performing software engineering and related duties. Must include 4 years of experience with analytical solutions and data modeling in relational databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL and Azure SQL DB; 4 years' experience writing, tuning, troubleshooting complex SQL queries and SSIS ETL packages; 4 years' experience with Azure cloud, including SQL databases, Azure Databricks and Delta Lake using Azure Data Factory; and 1 year experience with Python code, Functions and Spark SQL.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $116,584 to $172,000 per year. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
