Job Title

The position is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, retain their business, and identify opportunities for growth.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all customer account management inquiries and resolutions.
  • Design and implement effective project communication strategies and protocols.
  • Evaluate and refine ongoing requirements for sales enablement and support functions.
  • Orchestrate and deploy resources efficiently to ensure timely and effective delivery of customer solutions.
  • Guarantee all project deliverables and services adhere strictly to established time, scope, quality, and budgetary constraints.
  • Manage resource planning to optimize availability and allocation across projects.
  • Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to drive sustained account growth and future sales opportunities.
  • Provide support for the resolution of accounts receivable issues, focusing on invoices aged over 30 days.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews for both internal stakeholders and client presentations.
  • Monitor work-in-progress orders and collaborate with the team to expedite installation cycles and project completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Major Account customer-facing role.
  • Excellent project planning and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Ability to travel.
