- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in an enterprise SaaS or software company. - They should have a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and qualifying leads. - A strong understanding of CRM systems and outbound sales processes is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should be passionate about climate issues and have an interest in the electrical utility industry in North America. - They must be independent, creative, and persistent in pursuing new connections and turning them into business opportunities. - The ability to work collaboratively with internal sales teams and clients is crucial. - A willingness to learn new skills and leverage new technologies will be beneficial.
