✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with a team of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, and Product Analysts to build high-quality products for various stakeholders
- Build and maintain software solutions on all levels of the stack, from front-end to back-end technologies
- Engage in day-to-day activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, retros, deploying features in production, and on-call support
- Contribute to the development of a hybrid education platform that combines online and in-person learning experiences
- Opportunity to work on a complex product for a highly engaged audience and make a meaningful impact in the education sector
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced engineer with at least 2 years in the industry, proficient in modern front-end frameworks and Node-based applications
- Strong track record of technical project ownership and a willingness to mentor others
- Previous experience in startups, especially in hypergrowth phases, and a background in edtech would be beneficial
- Comfortable working with technologies like Next.JS, GraphQL, AWS, and experimentation frameworks
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment and contribute to building tools that enhance the learning experience for children
