Manage planning, execution, and optimization of paid media to drive high-quality demand and maximize return on investment, with a strong focus on improving the effectiveness of marketing impressions across both owned and partner channels. Own the relationship with key media partners and co-op partners, ensuring investments translate into premium visibility, efficient reach, and measurable revenue contribution. Act as the central liaison between corporate marketing and property teams, translating commercial priorities, need periods, and market dynamics into targeted, high-performing campaigns. Guide properties on paid media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand standards while tailoring execution to local demand opportunities. Oversee the end-to-end trafficking and project management of campaigns, ensuring timely deployment, accurate execution, and consistency across channels. Continuously evaluate impression quality, share of voice, and conversion performance, reallocating spend and optimizing placements to maximize incremental demand and outperform the competitive set.
Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.
Minimum requirements:
3+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing management required. College degree in Business, Marketing, Travel/Hotel Management or related field preferred. Computer skills in Microsoft platforms to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
While base pay starts at $70,000- $75,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
