Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assist in directing all phases of guest relations to the Front Office staff in conjunction with any guidance from the Director of Rooms. Responsible for assisting in staff development and oversee all operations of the Front Desk, PBX and Night Audit shifts to ensure exceptional guest service experience. Supports and implements policies and procedures for the staff set forth by management. Maintains open communication with the Front Office team, Operations team, hosts, guests, owners and resolves issues and complaints to maximize guest satisfaction and staff morale. Performs various administrative duties as assigned or as needed; coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist in overseeing disciplinary action, interviewing new hires and/or transfers, staff development, training and other needs that may be requested by department heads.
Minimum Requirements
Four (4) years previous experience in a public contact position, as well as supervisor experience. College degree within the Travel Industry Management area can be substituted for previous work experience.

While base pay starts at $58,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
