We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee and direct the daily maintenance operations of our property, safeguarding the highest of quality, safety, and service. This role is responsible for maintaining both exterior and interior facilities, including guest areas service spaces, and back of the house operations. Lead property level Engineering department operations and supervise administrative duties which include employee scheduling, payroll documentation, preventive maintenance program, energy conservation programs, meeting brand standards, QA inspections and assignment of duties. The Engineering Manager will be the point of contact and support for the property partners, including Cirque Du Soleil 'Auana as well as retail tenants.

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties. Engineering degree (BS), Certified Engineering Operations Executive certification, or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

While base pay starts at $75,000- $88,000, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
