The Area Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives, and brand standards in partnership with the Global Brand Group for OUTRIGGER's two properties in Kona and Kauai. This role plays a vital part in driving visibility, engagement, and revenue by elevating brand awareness across key markets and promoting on-property experiences, events, and guest activities.
In addition to marketing execution, the Area Marketing Manager will oversee project management assignments, fulfill administrative responsibilities, and lead property-level communications to ensure consistency, alignment, and impact.
Minimum four years in the marketing industry; at least two years in hospitality industry preferred.
While base pay starts at $61,000- 67,100, there is potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
