- The Senior Financial Analyst will support the development of accurate budgets, forecasts, and quotas for the global Sales organization.
- This role involves preparing monthly budget vs. actual results and conducting key financial analyses to report to stakeholders.
- The analyst will develop and maintain financial models, including a commissions expense model, with well-thought-out drivers and trend projections.
- Headcount tracking and financial modeling support for strategic initiatives within the Sales organization will be part of the responsibilities.
- Building strong cross-functional relationships and communicating with business partners regarding expense requests is essential.
- The role includes developing and managing the quota framework to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration with revenue operations, commissions, and sales compensation teams to maintain quota processes is expected.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- A strong background in supporting Sales Quota design and support is highly preferred for this role.
- Candidates should possess the ability to drive structure in ambiguous situations and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- A solid understanding of GAAP and financial statements is essential for success in this position.
- The successful applicant will be highly detail-oriented with a genuine love for data and analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency in data modeling are critical skills for this role.
