Ouro Global, Inc. is recruiting in Austin, TX and various unanticipated locations throughout the United States for a Marketing Data Analyst. Duties:
- Supports both offline and digital initiatives that are used to market several prepaid debit card brands and products.
- Assign source codes and back-end fulfillment rules in campaign management system. Conduct quality control and consistent monitoring and reporting to ensure accurate system setup.
- Work with partners on improving their lead quality through audience reviews, qualifier filters, and analyzing reasons for lead rejections/scrubbing.
- Research trends within digital media and present to stakeholders to broaden customer reach and improve channel performance.
- Onboard new partners exploring different avenues and opportunities to scale operations and testing new marketing campaigns that lead to overall channel growth.
- Research and compile list of new digital media vendors; set up appointments to learn more about their services.
- Strategically monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytic tools and visualizations to ensure forecasted plans and the ROI goals are achieved.
- Proactively optimize partner mix in terms of budget goals, landing page split tests and marketing collateral testing schedule to achieve the desired marketing objective and revenue goals.
- Provide ongoing performance reporting to managers internally and select partners.
- Create and submit requests for reporting and data access credentials for new vendors.
- Manage digital offer setup within internal and external platforms. Conduct testing prior to setting campaigns live. Monitor each campaign to ensure volume meets expected forecasted volume.
- Lead all partner communication including new campaigns & strategies, metrics & KPIs, creative briefing. Analyze and communicate performance and results, thereby building enhanced relationships.
- Lead preparation and communication of monthly budgets, forecasts and monthly billing counts for assigned vendors.
- Manage partner cost tracking, partner reporting and month-end billing. Ensure the partner invoices are accurate when received, recorded and processed by Accounts Payable on a timely basis.
- Analyze customer data and insights over a period of time using visualizations to study their needs via surveys and recommending feature and customer experience improvements for greater engagement and satisfaction.
- Recommend and document improvements to operational processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct audits to ensure partners are running fully compliant ad creatives per our pre-approved digital creative library and maintain an up-to-date repository of said creatives used in all marketing campaigns across Coreg and Affiliate digital channels.
- Pilot a competitive review analysis for the company for the sign-up process, lifecycle email and direct mail campaign across competition recommending improvements for increased customer engagement & acquisition.
Requirements: Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field plus one (1) years of relevant experience. Also:
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics
- Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and metrics
- Experience with lead generation tactics
- Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Relocation may be required. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required. Ouro Global, Inc. is an EOE.
