As an Operations Manager at Ounce, you'll lead day-to-day service delivery across a growing portfolio of affordable housing communities, with an initial focus on properties in California and the broader West Coast. You'll manage a team of community navigators (and potentially team leads) and ensure a high-quality, standardized experience for residents.
We are strategically spreading our management capacity across time zones to support teams nationally. For this role, we're specifically looking for someone based in the Pacific Time Zone to align with our service delivery in the West and support cross-country coordination.
This role also presents an exciting opportunity to help shape the delivery of services with varying degrees of tech enablement. You'll collaborate closely with our virtual operations team and help define how virtual and in-person service models work together. We're looking for someone who can not only manage current operations but also help build and refine new approaches to care delivery.
