Support Agent

At OTS, we produce and support integrated information systems, simplifying the daily lives of citizens, optimizing the management of data and processes, and enhancing the effectiveness of public and private sector entities. Responsibilities

As a Support Agent at OTS, you will be a member of a company development team, serving as the main point of contact for users of the applications the team develops. Specifically, you will support users in the proper and smooth operation of the applications, resolving any issues that arise.

Having direct and constant communication with them, you will carefully investigate new needs that emerge, either from the use of the applications or from external factors, such as changes in the regulatory framework. Then you will analyze, organize, and propose them for implementation in collaboration with the team's developers. In this way, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the company's products, always based on the real needs of the users.

At OTS, you will collaborate with more than 230 professionals in the technology sector, including programmers, specialized consultants, and operational development staff. You will have the opportunity to participate in projects with significant social impact, to be trained and to evolve in your role, and to gain multifaceted experience in a dynamic environment.

  • Ensuring the proper operation of our systems to customers
  • Contributing to the design and improvement of the company's products through customer feedback
  • Participating in the recording of features and the testing of use cases related to the company's products
  • Creating user guides and supplementary materials for the company's products
  • Conducting training sessions on the applications of your team
  • Contributing continuously to the overall customer satisfaction through daily communication
  • Taking on the presentation of the systems at company events
