Service Sales Associate

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Associate. This role helps achieve sales growth through three main areas of responsibility: maintaining an existing portfolio, obtaining new business, and as required selling modernization and repairs.
Main responsibilities for this role include:
- Market processing and client contact, as well as selling services, repairs, and modernizations in line with set sales targets
- Keeping records of deadlines for offer distribution and their status
- Proposing contract elements
- Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations
- Collaborating in the preparation of cost calculations
- Contacting clients for receivables collection
- Undertaking and proposing activities for collection in accordance with company policies and management decisions
- Preparing and submitting reports on the status of collections
Required education, knowledge, and skills include:
- Secondary education in general, economics, or technical fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
- Category B driver's license
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Initiative and problem-solving orientation
- Organizational skills and motivation in performing daily tasks
- Focus on work success and achieving results
