Sr/Lead Engineer – Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineer/Lead Engineer to design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing Content Management Solutions (CMS) for Otis Lead Design Center. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, Node.js (v22), MySQL Server and MongoDB along with strong leadership and architectural design capabilities.

On a typical day you will:

• Technical Leadership:
• Lead the design and development of Common Content Management platforms and related applications.
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices for the team.
• Development & Integration:
• Build responsive, dynamic front-end applications using React.
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js v22.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL Server and MongoDB).
• Performance & Scalability:
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of CMS solutions.
• Conduct performance tuning and code reviews.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
• Deployment & Maintenance:
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
• Monitor and maintain production systems for reliability.

What you will need to be successful:

• Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech/MCA
• 4+ years of experience in React, Node.js v22, Next Js, Redux, MySQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver complex projects.
• Knowledge of caching strategies, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Content Management Systems or enterprise-level applications.
• Exposure to TypeScript and modern DevOps practices.
