Service Sales Representative

Management and development of the portfolio of maintenance contracts for elevators and escalators.

Identification of new business opportunities and promotion of modernization and repair solutions.

Collaboration with architects, contractors, and consultants.

Communication with clients and resolution of issues with professionalism and speed.

Participation in competitions and strategic approach to new clients.

Development of a personal sales strategy to achieve goals.

Use of digital tools for tracking opportunities and predicting results.

Conducting negotiations and finalizing agreements.

Collaboration with technical and commercial teams for the best customer service.

Essential qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in technical product or service consulting sales.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
