Sales Representative Recapture

Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Representative Recapture to covering London. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts.

On a typical day you will:

1. Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids and tenders
2. Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets
3. Use Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results
4. Conduct sales negotiations and close deals
5. Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues

What you will need to be successful:

• Degree educated, or equivalent to, with experience within a field sales based position.
• Experienced with technical sales ideally with experience in tender design and alterations to reflect the customers needs and wants.
• Customer focused approach to sales, with experience in working with your customers to build a long standing partnership.
• Market mapping, worked with and on various tools to map out your market to ensure you're spending your time talking to the right people.
