New Installation Sales Engineer

As a New Installation Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting the company's growth through the acquisition of new partnerships and strengthening existing customer relationships. This role combines technical expertise and commercial insight to provide personalized solutions and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets through up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Create and develop a strong pipeline of new potential clients.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Expand market share.
  • Enhance customer loyalty and account development through targeted management and long-term relationship building.
  • Secure contracts for elevator and escalator installations in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate and support all operations for smooth and efficient project delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, ideally in the elevator industry.
  • Proven success in a challenging sales environment with complex customer needs.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales goals and growth.
  • Competitive, positive, and proactive attitude with a can-do mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
  • Superior communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
