Technical Support Ne And Repair Sales

As part of our team, we are looking for a technical support specialist whose main role is to support the new equipment (NE), and repair sales processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sales projects (NE and BEX)
• Review of construction drawings, finding the appropriate product, measuring the shaft if necessary
• Control of equipment parameters in logistics and initial configuration
• Checking and correcting elevator installation drawings
• Technical support for repair sales and implementation, ordering materials and tracking orders
• Safety coordinator responsibilities: monitoring EH&S plans, conducting audits, organizing training

Expectations for the Candidate:

• Technical education (preferably in mechanics, electrical engineering or similar)
• Good technical insight and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy, commitment, and ability to work independently
• Experience in the field of elevators or similar equipment is an advantage
