Client Engagement: Conduct both casual and formal client meetings to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and assist with capital expenditure (Capex) planning to optimize their investments.
Solution Development: Collaborate with the factory and technical teams to develop both temporary and permanent solutions that meet client requirements.
Project Management: Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
KFF Grade 1 Certification: Mandatory certification for this role.
Industry Experience: Proven experience in the elevator industry, with a strong understanding of modernization processes.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated history of winning both small and large-scale projects, with a track record of successful sales.
Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop innovative solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
