You will join NSA as Manager Chantier Service H/F.

In a multi-brand and multi-activity environment (maintenance/renovation of elevators and doors), with strong normative issues.

The Manager Chantier Service is responsible with his leader for the management of his elevator perimeter in accordance with NSA's global methods and procedures. In this role, the person will be responsible for maintenance activities, customer satisfaction, and general management activities in strong connection with quality and safety.

Missions

• Ensure strict respect of our absolutes: Quality, Ethics, and Safety
• Direct the execution of maintenance activities on a defined park to honor our contracts and ensure the quality of service expected by our customers.
• Ensure with your leader the supervision of technicians in their daily activities: regulatory visits, troubleshooting, and management of stopped devices, smooth execution of works (TP), management of client assistance.
• Respect all financial performance objectives of the contracts
• Conduct safety audits on site, inspect sites (risk sheets), and develop safety and logistics plans on site.
• Conduct on-site training ensuring that we create and maintain a qualitative work environment
• Ensure respect of the labor code and timesheets.
• Coordinate orders and deliveries of material for the reliability of installations.
