Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily transaction processing, including Conversions, Recoveries, PA Resolutions, Cancellations, and Suspensions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to TATs.
- Manage transaction processing and coordination across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Provide regular operational support to HODs, including follow-up on documentation and resolution of transactional or system-related issues.
- Perform KYC updates in the SMS system in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate closely with the Field Team for execution, data validation, and issue resolution.
- Manage and track contract renewals, ensuring timelines, approvals, and documentation are completed accurately.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports as per OT/business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and provide insights for operational improvement.
- Maintain accurate records, MIS, and documentation for audits and management review.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, field staff, and management to ensure clarity, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in operations and transaction management
- Proficiency in report generation and data analysis
- Knowledge of KYC processes and compliance requirements
- Experience in contract renewal management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with systems, MIS, and Excel-based reporting
Preferred Background
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or operations-driven environments
- Hands-on exposure to SMS or similar operational systems
Experience & Qualification
- Any Graduation with 5+ years of relevant experience
