The DT HR Global Applications Support Lead works closely with the HR and Payroll to support the delivery of HR and payroll systems including process improvements and projects initiatives. This role reports directly to the DT HR Solutions Architect, Application Support and Extend Functional Lead and works closely with Workday Functional Leads, HR and AMS resources.
The global systems support includes, but not limited to, Workday, ServiceNow, ADP and its integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the expert role within the Otis as part of Digital Technology organization supporting HR.
Responsibilities will focus on the review and assessment of opportunities to further enhance and optimize use of current common HR technologies and overall application within HR process, such as Workday, ServiceNow HRSD and production support activities, to provide some immediate benefit of best practice sharing to optimize in current state. The role will also play a critical part in the preparation for deployment and operationalization of enabling technologies, to evolve, grow and mature the HR Operations organization as part of wider HR regional transformation plans.
On a typical day you will ensure that the service is being delivered in the most efficient, accurate and effective way through the use of the HR systems and development of technology. You will work collaboratively across the APAC region and in partnership with regional and global centers of expertise in the development and use of HR technology, drawing upon metrics and insight analytics, in order to continuously improve the value proposition and ensure top performance of the HR systems and processes.
What you will need to be successful includes overall 10+ years of experience in HR operations and minimum 3-5+ years' experience with DT HR technology solutions specifically to Workday, ServiceNow, ADP payroll systems and employee experience portals. A passion for providing solutions that deliver outstanding experiences and the ability to articulate clear messages to team members and stakeholders. Experience in contributing to concurrent project while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced setting with the ability to partner with the business and technology teams to build strong DT HR technology solutions.
Conduct working sessions with the business, HR/COE functions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Plan, execute, and monitor projects across Otis with an eye on supportability and successful operational transition into production. Provide subject matter expertise on key business process decisions. Adept at creating documentation artifacts such as process flow, white boarding, slide decks for presenting to leadership. Be bold and creative about the customer problem to solve, drive deep empathy and data-driven decision with continuous experimentation to deliver the best customer experience. Lead coordination for testing and training and other events that help share knowledge and skills with other team members. Mentor and guide team members to promote knowledge transfer, sharing and growth. Identify improvement opportunities for the organization and be an advocate for change.
