Service Team Leader Position

We are now looking for a team leader in Malmö with responsibility for our wonderful service team. We are looking for someone who thrives in overall responsibility where you can combine administrative work with leadership and customer contact.

About the role

The role of service team leader includes overall responsibility for the service department and our service technicians in the southern region, which includes technical and financial responsibility for service, maintenance, and repairs in relation to working time, cost, and content.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading work, delivery monitoring, responsibility for the schedule, and actively working to develop the service department optimally from a profitability perspective.
• You are responsible for external communication with customers and partners, BRFs, property managers, property technicians, construction and property companies, inspection companies.
• You are expected to stay updated on the service area and development of the business.
• You are expected to inspire your colleagues to think business-oriented.
• You value safety and ethics highly and are a clear example for the service technicians.

As a team leader at Otis, you have direct personal responsibility for your colleagues and results and budget responsibility for the service department. You report directly to the regional director in the south. You have close cooperation with salespeople, administration, and other team leaders.

Competence and experience requirements

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are a good organizer who thrives with control over content, costs, and time. As a person, you are responsible, communicative, structured, and result-focused. In addition, we would like to see that you have:

• Experience from a similar role with overall responsibility, preferably from technical activities, construction, real estate, contracting, activities with service technicians.
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of service and contracting law and other safety aspects related to the industry.
• It is meritorious if you have technical, mechanical, electrical, elevator training and/or other administrative or financial education.
• It is positive if you have any experience, warehouse/spare parts/logistics.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Good computer skills, you master the Office package including Excel and know how to work with numbers.
• Driving license B.
