Account Manager - Service Sales

Otis is growing, and we are looking for an engaged Account Manager for Service Sales who is passionate about prospecting sales and building relationships. In this role, you will be a key player in expanding our customer base and ensuring long-term partnerships.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospective sales and entering service agreements for elevators.
  • Developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing ones.
  • The entire sales process – from meeting booking and sales pitch to proposal, negotiation, and follow-up.
  • Advising and customizing service solutions that match the customer's needs.
  • You will become part of a dynamic team and report to our Service Branch Manager. The role is based in Sjælland, but you will be responsible for customers throughout Denmark.

    Your tasks include:

    • Spending 80% of your time with customers – you will be our face in the market.
    • Being the primary contact person for customers to provide timely solutions to their needs.
    • Planning your time effectively between customer visits and home work.

    Additionally:

    • Develop your own sales strategy to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Use Otis' digital sales tools and approach to track pipeline, forecast, and opportunities.
    • Negotiate agreements and ensure timely payment.
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales and service to create the best customer experience.

    We expect you to:

    • Have a solid background in sales, preferably in service/construction or technical sales, and ideally in the elevator industry.
    • Alternatively, you can come from another technical role in our industry, such as a technician/installer with extensive customer contact, seeking new opportunities in sales.
    • Have experience with technical products that require close dialogue with customers.
    • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Be able to work strategically in a high-paced, demanding, complex, and growth-focused company.
