✨ About The Role

- Responsible for owning the sales cycle for the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for mental health providers from lead to close - Meet and exceed quota expectations quarter over quarter, developing a career as a successful software and healthcare sales leader - Become an expert on the tools, technology, and clinical best practices of the behavioral health market and available treatments for patients with serious mental illness - Develop and build pipeline through inbound lead qualification and direct outbound efforts, utilizing various communication channels to establish the value proposition of Osmind - Negotiate contracts, ensure successful adoption of Osmind, and provide seamless handoff to the Customer team for onboarding, training, and success

⚡ Requirements

- Experience as a sales account executive selling SaaS products and conducting demos, preferably in healthcare sales to small independent practices - Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas with a competitive mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a self-starter attitude to drive results in a fast-paced setting - Interest in improving mental healthcare for providers and patients, with the ability to empathize with prospect's pain points and pivot conversations effectively - Ability to negotiate contracts, maximize revenue, and provide high-quality feedback to the product team on feature requests
