The role will be based on site at Redhill - 12 Month Maternity Cover
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative, operational, and sales support tasks. Enable sales team to spend more time selling to drive profitable business growth. The single point of contact (SPOC) between the sales staff, all internal resources, and partners.
- Sales order administration, including order entry, quotes, order status, availability.
- Assisting in logistics and operations coordination, including export & radiation safety compliance.
- Contracts administration; insure timely shipments and installations.
- Advise the sales team including shipping status, literature requests, and service liaison.
- Continually improves critical processes to help achieve high performance sales goals.
- Develops, enhances, and implements efficient processes and procedures.
- RFP's/Tenders/Proposals support.

Qualifications
- Equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- Must have experience with groups such as sales, marketing, technical support, operations, service; strong problem solving skills.
- Must work with a results orientation and a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction (customer-centric, delight the customer).
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and follow through skills.
- Ability to succeed in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- High energy, self-motivated, takes initiative, follow through to completion.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with great diplomacy.
